Through grant funding from The Logan Healthcare Foundation, Inc., we have targeted five counties in Southern WV for increasing physical activity. Partnering with community groups such as, Family Resource Network - Logan, has helped ensure the success of each event, such as starting annual community walks or health fairs. As the results are coming in and the momentum grows, we are building best practices so that other communities in WV can follow the lead of Southern West Virginia and Get on the Move!
